Hey loves, just wanted to share with you weight loss journey. I started about 8 weeks ago weighing in at about 163lbs. My goal is to lose 40lbs and keep it off. I’m pretty good at losing weight but it’s extremely hard for me to keep it off. I signed up with a gym, which I love, and got a personal trainer. I was doing go well I got down to about 158 in the first 4 weeks and I was stoked. But during that time I got one some new birth control, an iud, and I’ve gained it all back and some more. Currently I, sitting at 169lbs, which breaks my heart just a bit. But I realized that I need to do more than just work out to reach my goal. I have to start eating better and stay awake from all that junk/fast food. Which is super hard seeing that I work in the mall and my job is situated across from the food court. I definitely need to stay focus and not let this set back change what my end goal. I will will be back with another update on how things are going. So far this week, I haven’t eaten out and I’m off to the gym after this post. Definitely doing to add more sessions into my routine and hopefully I get the results I’m looking for.
